Synopsis : The film is my search for a father I lost when I was eleven years old. Interviews with people he worked with revealed many facts and facets which were hitherto unknown to me and I have shared those in this 55 minute tribute. The people include those who faced the camera like Dilip Kumar, Vyjayanthimala, Kamini Kaushal and Dharmendra, and those behind it like Tapan Sinha, Gulzar and Javed Akhtar. Excerpts from my father's films have been used to illustrate the views expressed by these stalwarts. Making the film was a very moving and fulfilling experience for me because it reaffirmed my belief that I am truly privileged to be my father's son.
