Synopsis : Neela, an ageing woman of around 40 years, is on the verge of early menopause. She lives with husband Rakesh and son Ricky. As a perfectionist, she always tries to play the role of a perfect lady in all her roles. But due to ongoing biological changes, Neela starts losing her perfection which slowly gets misunderstood by her family members and boss. They take her failing punctuality as an inadequacy and starts misbehaving with her. One night when Rakesh threatens to get involved with another woman because of her bed aversion, Neela breaks down. She could feel a menstrual change in her body but is unable to share it openly with anyone. She attempts to steal lonely time at office but she does not get much opportunity to speak to Rakesh or Ricky. In such a condition, one evening after returning from office, she bursts out openly and finally becomes capable of sharing her ongoing struggles, pains and mental agony for the ensuing menopause. Next day when Ricky take a proactive step for her mother and that’s what a change this film is demanding.
