Synopsis : Laxmi is a school girl who lives with her poor parents in the fringes of the jungles of Purulia. They lead a hand-to-mouth existence. Laxmi suffers from stammering, but her dreams of a better life for her parents has no hiccups. Her search for her parents’ happiness, for a good life is the universal truth. A truth which is sublime.
