Synopsis : In this film Adarsha a kid from a poor family. His father Batli Ramanna and mother Girijamma, who will be working as a maid. Adarsha’s father will be a drunkard, he will be collecting some papers and bottles from the garbage and makes some money out of it. Adarsha will be a very intelligent boy. On day Adarsh and his friend will be going to school, on the way they see Sakammaji who seems to be very worried. When Adhrsha and his friend goes to her and ask her what happened she tells she is not getting her pension money regularly. So Adarsha remembers about his teacher teaching him about RTI, so he goes to a shop to get a book about RTI there he sees a lawyer Vijay Kumar. He tells him about Sakmaji’s problem so Vijay Kumar gives him a book about RTI. Adarsha after reading it with his friends he writes a letter to RTI, soon Sakammaji’s pension gets sanctioned. Once Adrasha and his friend sees 2 people died on the road by an accident because of no proper construction of road. Media and other people will be reporting that it was the mistake of Govindraj construction owner Govardhan who is in charge of road construction. When Adarsha sees all this he writes a letter to RTI, but hence he has not crossed 18 years he tells his father to sign, he gives the letter to income tax department. IT officers go for a ride to Govardhan house and arrest him. Govardhan tells his people to kidnap the person who wrote the letter to RTI. They see Adarsha’s fathers sign in the letter and they kidnap him and start beating but unexpectedly he dies. So to escape these people hang Botteli Ramana to a tree and go. Seeing this Adarsha gets depressed and decides to punish everyone behind his father’s death. So with the help of lawyer Vijay Kumar and S.I Akhilesh he arrests the people. He tells that RTI has many helpful things people need to use it in a right way for right things. This is the short story of this film.
Director Bio : Chandrashekar. M, Born on 1962, He has working in many films as assistant director. He produce one kannada film 'Preethi Andre Istena'. He was shocked to read an article in the news paper about RTI which took place Recently. So he made this film to throw lime light on the advantages of RTI.
