Synopsis : This story is about Mr & Mrs Mathur. they hail from Indore but have been living in Pune since 5 years.Sudhir is working as a Software Engineer and Chaya is a housewife. During the initial 2 years of living in Pune they changed many rented houses.For the last 3 years, they have been living in the same rented house.They shared a common dream of owning their own house one day.They had been saving money for years to be able to buy their own house. Sudhir had applied for a home loan and Finally after 5 years of wait, his loan had been approved and their dream of owning a house was finally coming true. Nameplate is a story of joy and celebration of a common couple finds and extraordinary journey towards their dream.
Director Bio : Parakram Sinh Gohi, screen name - Preet, is an Indian independent Film Maker, learning and working in the film industry since 2006. He started his career as a freelance screenplay writer and practicing film maker and while his debut film GRAY (2019) was a significant project. He made his mark with 40 international and national film festival and won 8 international and national film festivals as a best film and a debut non feature film director. Nameplate is his debut feature film and is likely to participate in all possible national and international film festivals as a debut film and will release in early 2020 in India and over seas.
