Synopsis : Native Parisian Chloe Marchand reluctantly accepted an assignment in the Australian outback in order to write an article. When her path meets that of a local, Jake Henson, they both find themselves stuck in an unconventional “date” with culture clash on the menu - one that will take an unexpected turn.
Director Bio : KATHLEEN O’DWYER (AUSTRALIA, 1991) is an actor turned producer and director. Kathleen worked on numerous productions internationally in different capacity. With the accumulated knowledge of past positions and her passion for acting and film, Kathleen is moving towards the heart of storytelling on screen. She worked as an Assistant Director on several feature productions such as Standing Up for Sunny starring RJ Mitte and Philippa Northeast which premiered at the Sydney Film Festival, Akoni, The House, and on several other critically acclaimed short films. Kathleen made her debut as a director with Le Prelude: 10,000 Miles From Paris.
