Synopsis : Jeonghu takes photos in a small village near the sea in Busan. He lives in a campervan and sometimes moves to wherever he wants. He is quite a famous photographer online who prefers a liberal lifestyle but pursues a perfect photo style. One day, he meets Yeong, who is traveling, in front of a lighthouse at the beach by chance and takes her photos like he is possessed by something. Yeong lost her bag and she spends the night at Jeonghu's campervan to avoid the rain. After that day, they spend the summer together, presuming and understanding each other's wounds, inner loneliness and longing through photography as the medium. While Jeonghu takes photos of the other couple, Yeong gets very interested in photography. Through Jeonghu's friend Suyeon, she finds out that his father is a very successful photographer in that area and pays a visit to his studio. While learning photography from Jeonghu's father, Yeong learns about the tragic family history of Jeonghu. Jeonghu, who doesn't keep in touch with his father because of the misunderstanding about the death of his mother, leaves his hometown with Yeong after finding out that Yeong is staying close with his father. However, the photo of Yeong's past that Jeonghu didn’t even know about remains in his father's darkroom. Yeong starts to take her own photos at a new destination. Yeong, who has a different view of art from Jeonghu, takes black-and-white photos and sends her films to Jeonghu's father. Yeongjin learns about his son’s whereabouts from developing Yeong’s films and also watches Yeong grow as an artist. The summer is coming to an end and Yeong and Jeonghu's relationship has grown apart as they go on a different path although they are in the same space. One night, Yeong leaves Jeonghu’s campervan quietly. Jeonghu tries to search for Yeong who has disappeared but doesn’t end up finding her. After a few years, Jeonghu comes back to his hometown after hearing the death of his father. The day before the funeral(present), Jeonghu finds out the truth of the summer of that year through the photos left by his father, which were captured and described in Yeong's perspective. At last, he sees the truth of his distorted memory as a child about his mother’s death from the old slide film that his father has kept all along. Just at that moment of realization, Yeong appears behind Jeonghu's back.
