Synopsis : The small town of Ismailpur suffers an apocalyptic night as the town descends to anarchy in a sudden communal rage that breaks out. Four victims, rival to each other, take shelter in an old woman's home who awaits her son's arrival. Conflicts break out within the four members as the outside anxiety grips them, with the old woman playing the role of a pacifier throughout the fateful night. At daybreak, all four members face their conscience as the old woman's crestfallen truth unravels upon them thus bringing upon them, realization that our foremost religion and priority is humanity.
Director Bio : RAJ CHAKRABORTY: Film maker; Director and Producer Chairman of Kolkata International Film Festival (2019-2020) Starting his directorial career with telefilms at Tara Bangla, delivering noteworthy telefilms like "Noder Chand", "Teesta", "Al Kayda", "Dadi" amongst seventeen telefilms. Followed by directing the hit television non-fiction stand up comedy show “MIRAKKEL” on Zee Bangla and continued to four seasons of the show. Soon Raj Chakraborty found himself as the director of blockbuster feature film “Chirodini Tumi Je Amar”in 2008 which changed the course of commercial Bengali Cinema. Raj Chakraborty has been venturing into the entertainment industry with stories of unconventional love and social issues.
