Synopsis : Anne, a brilliant lawyer, lives in perfect harmony with her husband Pierre and their six and eight-year-old daughters, in a house on the heights of Paris. One day, Theo, 17, Pierre’s son from a previous marriage, moves in with them. Anne is troubled by Theo and gradually engages in a passionate relationship with him, putting her career and family life in danger.

Director Bio : Catherine Breillat (born 13 July 1948)from Bressuire, France, is a Paris-based filmmaker and writer. she is well-known not only for her distinctively personal and controversial films on sexuality, gender trouble, and sibling rivalry but also for her best-selling novels.Catherine Breillat in the film business for over 40 years, she chooses to normalize previously taboo subjects in cinema. Taking advantage of the medium of cinema, Breillat juxtaposes different perspectives to highlight irony found in society.
