Synopsis : In rural Turkey, where virginity holds great significance in marriages, Latif weds Semiha only to discover she is not a virgin. To shield her from retribution by her vengeful siblings, they decide to cohabitate for two months before seeking a divorce. However, Latif's growing affection for her complicates their predetermined separation, intensifying his resolve to fight for their love.
Director Bio : Ismail Doruk was born in 1969. In 2006, his screenplay titled "Adem's Trains" was adapted into a film. He then wrote the screenplays for the films "A Love Affair" and "My Father's Bones." He received awards in various screenplay competitions, and his feature film project titled "60 Days" received both writing and production support from the Turkish Ministry of Culture.
