Synopsis : Two women from two different strata of society, one who works in a corporate office and the other person who comes from a subaltern class and is employed as nanny of the corporate lady's child. Their lives are intertwined as the struggle and problems that the two face are the same. A woman's position in society, the patriarchal evaluation of her worth is the same in all walks of life. The onus of finding her rightful place in society lies on her own attitudinal changes and collaboration with her associates through a positive approach. This film explores the lives of two women to derive a conclusion. Every woman needs to feel her worth and assert the same through self realisation.
Director Bio : Abhijit Guha and Sudeshna Roy are a directorial duo who have worked together in the world of audio visual since 1994. They have made films of different genre in Bengali language which have enjoyed both critical acclaim and popularity. A number of their films have addressed the changing mores among the youth and the middle class of the society. Several films have travelled to festivals in India and abroad.
