Synopsis : Ratnamma, a virtuous woman from an agricultural family, marries a middle-class farmer. Despite a happy life, they face societal pressure due to infertility. Enduring humiliation, Ratnamma continues to love her family. Shocked when her husband brings another woman home, she leaves. Twenty-five years later, she returns after her husband's death, facing hardships to protect the property from his cunning cousins. Struggling with government offices to register the property in her name, Ratnamma ultimately decides to give it to the children of the other woman. Despite her rightful ownership, she selflessly sacrifices for her husband's children, winning everyone's hearts.
Director Bio : Born in 1965, Anchehalli Shivakumar is a BSc (Geology) Graduate and has been interested in art and Acting since Childhood and entered the film industry as a child Artist in 1975. Besides, he has practiced Bharatanatyam for about Eight years, Acting in Theater as well. Since 1983 he has worked in the Film Industry as an Assistant Director, Co- Director, Production Designer, Worked with Several Directors and Gained Experience in Directing. And Directed Many Films, Tele Films & Documentries, Produced Films under his Own Production & all so for Other Producers, and Being a Part of the Film Industry From the Last 45 years.
