Synopsis : Laura, a 126-year-old young woman, is recently hired to work at the Souls Registry Office. In her new position, without any value judgment, she just records the motivations of those who renounced eternity. However, by virtue of her contract, she herself is not allowed to interrupt her tedious existence.
Director Bio : Leo Bello (1981/Brasília) has a degree in cinema from Fundação Armando Alves Penteado FAAP. His final graduation project, the fictional short film PIPA (2008), premiered at Interfilmes in Berlin. Since then he has dedicated himself to writing and directing films and series. His first fiction feature film, Infinite Space (2022), had its world premiere at the 23rd SFF – Sopot Film Festival – Poland, and participated in the 6th SANFICI – Santander Festival Internacional de Cine Independiente – Colombia. In the same year, the film was distributed in 25 commercial cinemas, in the main Brazilian capitals.
